She's a very cool car, drives really well. Is in very sound condition. Has a few very minor repairs needed:
The counsole needs to be replaced, very common with these cars since everyone seems to lean on them.
Turn signals need replaced-they sit pretty low and any bit of water tends to short the bulb out. Another common problem with Firebirds.
The air conditioning works, but since she's been sitting and not being run it needs to be re-charged.
The gas gage will work, then it goes to empty once you sit at a light-been that way since I've had it.
I drove it for a few weeks in March back and forth to work and was avg 24.57 mpg.
That's it. I've replaced the factory exhaust with a complete Flowmaster system back in June 07 and the car has been driven a total of 400 miles since. I've had her for four years and she has NEVER been in water. I would ride with someone or ride in another vehicle before I would put her through water! I usually start her up, move her around, go into town a few miles. Enough to keep everything running. I took some of these pics at night, after work and after I started getting messages about her so I haven't washed her yet. There are NO cracks in the dash. It seems to be normal to have a few with these cars and I have managed somehow to keep the cracks away. This car has not been smoked in either. Has a nice stereo, although I'm sure most guys would want better speakers. Has a proximity sensor alarm to keep peoples arms out of the T-tops and such. This alarm is not a factory alarm.
