Sabra, Vanessa and I journeyed to Dallas the weekend of November 5-7th to take part in the Susan G Komen 3-day, 60 mile walk, raising funds for a cure to end Breast Cancer. 2800 of us out there walking, talking and meeting new people, enjoying the beautiful Dallas weather and scenery (well, some of it wasn't so beautiful). Had a great time, in spite of rolling my hip on day 2. This was Sabe's 7th year toward her goal of 1000 miles for Breast Cancer. Vanessa and I - walker virgins this year. So funny how so many wanted our pictures during the whole weekend. Mini Celebs of sorts. And yes, we wore the hats all the time and carried our witches brooms too!
